This membrane contactor can remove CO₂ and O₂ from the water, and control the concentration of these gases at a low level to meet today's process requirements. The lower O₂ concentration can protect the product, while the lower CO₂ concentration helps to improve the efficiency of the water deionization and ion exchange process. The Liqui-Cel membrane contactor can also achieve precise control of dissolved gases in cleaning water and wafer processing chemicals.
