Brine Purification

The crude salt which is used by chlor-alkali manufacturing enterprises will bring harmful impurities to the system, such as magnesium ion, calcium ion, sulfate ion, organic substances and dissolved or insoluble impurities. These harmful substances will cause a larger impact on production, so these substances should be removed in the early stage and the insoluble impurities can be removed effectively by using the ceramic membrane separation technology while dissolved impurities can be effectively removed by using the nanofiltration membrane.

    Two bases are added directly, and the process is simple

    Low requirements on crude salt

    It is applicable to the crude salt with the inverted ratio of calcium to magnesium, and it is also applicable to crude salt.

    The minimum pore filtration diameter: 50 nm

    Pore diameter (200 nm) lower than the smallest filter paper in your analysis room.
