The nanofiltration membrane filtration technology is used to filter the feed liquid of the reaction products, and under pressure, small molecular impurities and salt pass through the membrane, while whitening agents are retained by the membrane due to charge repulsive interaction, and salt content in the feed liquid of whitening agents can be lowered to less than 1% through the “dialysis” process of adding water constantly, and solid content can be concentrated to 30%, which greatly saves the energy consumption in the follow-up spray drying.
